Πρόβλημα 3 της Μαθηματικής Βαλκανιάδας του 1988

Πήρα το ακόλουθο e-mail από Ισπανό φίλο, ο οποίος θέλει την λύση που είχε δημοσιευθεί για το πρόβλημα 3 της Μαθηματικής Βαλκανιάδας του 1988 στην Κύπρο.
Μπορεί κάποιος να βοηθήσει να το βρούμε; Υποθέτω ότι υπάρχει (στα Αγγλικά και άρα το προτιμώ) στο βιβλίο των Becheanu, Enescu, Balkan Mathematical Olympiads, 1986-2006, αλλά δεν έχω αντίτυπο.

I am very interested in the problem 3 from the Balkanic Olympiad 1988, which was held in Nicosia; but in the compilation of solutions I have, all the figures are lost.
Could some of you, if possible, send me the figure of this problem?
